The stylish DermLite alumina™ is the first pocket dermatoscope with 12x magnifiction, making it particularly suitable for viewing nailfold capillaries in addition to skin lesions. Alumina packs all the features you'd want into an attractive and extremely durable all-aluminum housing that's just over 0.5" (14mm) thin: Cross-polarized light and surface polarization modes, a larger 20mm lens with enhanced 12x magnification, as well as camera compatibility.* Alumina produces a bright, even illumination from an array of 14 LEDs (10 cross-polarized, 4 with linear polarization), which are powered by the same potent rechargeable lithium battery as every DermLite II. And with the included lanyard, alumina is always where you need it.

DermLite alumina is the stylish & practical choice for everyday skin exams. Each model no. DLALU is supplied with one DermLite alumina, a skin spacer, 28mm camera adapter, a lithium battery and charger.
