This Special Edition DermLite gives you complete control over lesion visualization from the superficial structures to the deeper pigmentation with variable cross-polarization epiluminescence.

By simply rotating the polarizer to surface polarization, it is possible to see only the superficial skin structures. Rotation of the polarizer to cross-polarization cancels out the surface reflection for an in-depth look at the deeper pigmentation and lesion structure.
